Wineworx always respects your privacy, and will collect, store and use your personal information only for defined purposes: to process your purchase, provide follow-up support, and share company news and home wine making events and opportunities with you. We do not sell your personal information. We will not share your personal data outside Wineworx without your consent, except as required by law. At any time, you may contact Wineworx with any privacy questions or concerns you may have and/or request to see the personal data you have given us for correction or deletion. We strive to protect the security of your personal data by use of appropriate measures and processes.
Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card numbers, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

GUARANTEE
Your satisfaction is our first priority. We guarantee the quality of all wine products made at Wineworx. If you are not satisfied with any of the wines you make at Wineworx, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your product. This guarantee excludes any wine making product in which the customer neglects to participate in any required production steps or does not collect their finished wine after 90 day’s notice.
Upon evidence of dissatisfaction, Wineworx will either return your full wine making event fee or offer an alternative up to equal value.
RESTRICTIONS
You must be 21 years or older to participate in any home wine making activity. By placing your order, you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old. The buyer and recipient may be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.
The willful miss-representation of buyer's or recipient's age is a crime in most states.
DELIVERY POLICY
All products purchased by Wineworx customers are available for pick-up, by appointment, at our Mushroom Blvd facility. All wine making events purchased by Wineworx customers are scheduled and conducted at our Mushroom Blvd facility, unless otherwise listed.
